Friday, April 28, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Seven (Bordeaux): A little funky with wood glue over black and red currant, sweet spice, straying towards the volatile with time in the glass. Plenty of chewy tannins derived from both oak and skins prove drying in. A little alcohol warmth on the finish. Meh.
