Friday, May 12, 2023 - From half botte. Not very experienced with barolo, but I could tell there was a lot going on here. Definitely needs a decant, and did not open up with time in the glass. Would love to try some with age on it.

5/12/2023 11:20:00 AM - Welcome to Barolo :) Barolo while fun at this stage, and I am sure you can appreciate it at this stage, the real enjoyment is with age (perhaps even more with Barolo than other varietals ) as it moves into an entirely new level of flavors and experiences.
