Friday, May 12, 2023 - Pumped and chilled a few days ago, but is now more open and integrated. Still shy, faint raspberry aromas and indistinct yet savory flavors. Harmonious fruit and acid balance, and very fine tannins, but not fruity - it's all about the texture.
