Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Pnp almost. Been resting in kitchen rack for a few months. Had w Asian flank steak (Worchester sauce base). Zin is our go to w this recipe. Swan black pepper spice their classic zin very much there. First comment from all was spicy. Color more like a Pinot ie not dark. Bottle gone. Highly recommend now.
