Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Color. Stronger dark red. Still translucent.

Nose. Cherry, Cherry liquor, cocoa powder, sweet tobacco.

Palate. Cocoa powder and grippy tannins. Decent acidity helps the fruit balance out.
