Wednesday, May 24, 2023 - Texas BBQ and La Las Dinner at Marc's House (Marc's House): Double decanted for 4 hours before serving. More earthy and smoky meat notes than the ‘98 La Mouline we had by its side. Definitely felt the age on this one but it’s still drinking very well.
