This was compared against couple other Ridge bottlings from later vintages and offered a completely different experience with big Napa Cabernet like power and at the same time mid-palate nuance. Plenty of purple fruit, plum and then great leather and herbal notes. Sad to only have one, but oh what and experience and was fun to share with neighbors who appreciate good wine.
