Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Lay & Wheeler Summer tasting: Deep, bassy nose. Strawberry, raspberry and white blossom top notes. Sweet - almost off-dry on the palate and I found it rather cloying. You'd need to match this to food carefully to play off its rather distinct character.
