Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Pale yellow gold in color, attractive notes of yeast, brioche, red apple, toasted lemon, citrus and limestone.
Beautifully moussed, fine bubbles, so pure, so refined, perfect structure, medium bodied, a wonderful mineral coming through in mid-palate, creamy finish with great length. Drinking pleasantly today and will do the same for the next decade. The Dom Pérignon 2009 is all about charm, balance and elegance. Just great!
