Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - Nick's 2008 Burgundies (Noizé, London): Obviously paler than its flightmate, more restrained on the nose. With swirling a smoky edgle unfurls, with apple and lemon. It is delicious, spicy and spry, even though it can't at this stage really compete with the Puligny.
A late sub for a sadly DOA 2008 Meursault, hence the youth.
