Sunday, June 4, 2023 - Quick decant. Nose of sandalwood, potpourri, and dark cherries. Rustic melange of red fruit and earth shows an Early Burgundy character with lots of tannins, texture funk, and spices. Plenty of verve on the finish with exotic spices, smoked ham, chunky tannins, lots of purple fruit, and oak.
