Sunday, June 25, 2023 - Silver apricot, 2nd bottle. At a great place, tannins perfectly mellowed but providing structural support and relaxed grip with a long finish. No detailed notes as it was enjoyed with a group over dinner but some blackberries, tobacco, and mushroom. Paired particularly well with a heavy umami mushroom rice dish. Excellent qpr, need to buy more
