Friday, June 30, 2023 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Cedar, Autumn leaves, blackcurrant, earth tends to wet mud, aa little creamy underpin, gains a little more austerity (oddly?) with time; darker note and some blood and liquorice. Juicy, fleshy and the austerity translates to the palate which is quite savoury. Tannins are floury textured and super persistent carrying the fruit. Long. Yum.
