Friday, July 7, 2023 - Still very young but delightful now. Heavy on the autolytic and nutty notes like an almond croissant fresh from the oven. Needs time to unfurl in the glass but rewards with savoury notes of brown bread and herbs.

I think it needs a proper decant, preferably with the decanter on ice, to really be enjoyed now.
