Wednesday, July 12, 2023 - Quite pretty. Higher tone, structured feel. More red fruit than dark. Good backbone of acidity like the annata 2019. Incense, cherry on the nose. Touch of incense and lots of fruit magic on the palate. Would pair with a ragu or even bistecca now, more so from an acidity standpoint than body. Travelling, so im drinking from a Shake Shack glass. Very decent, not mind blowing though. Had it with cheeseburgers at home
