If you are drinking now, I suggest a big decant. I uncorked a coravin bottle (drank a glass each day) after 2 days. Result was similar to what a great sommelier did for a tasting at Park 90, I'm not sure how long she decanted. Basically I think there is some oak here and I really enjoyed the wine after giving it some time. Elegant high tone red fruit notes that grow on the mid palate and finishes quite long. Beautiful balance and class. But not a typical style for cc. I like it a lot, oak and all. Does not dry out or obscure the fruit.

Clear and nice color, not as dark as I was worried it might be. Nose of honeysuckle and ripe white flesh stone fruit. Palate was symmetric with honey notes, hints of peach and nuts on entry, nice minerality, and citrus notes on the medium to long finish. Some oiliness and weight especially as it warms in the glass, but it has good freshness and acid - overall it has nice balance and is very classy. I was expecting trouble with this bottle from what I read here and also with premox but there really is no such thing here today, thank goodness. I would drink now.

Quite pretty. Higher tone, structured feel. More red fruit than dark. Good backbone of acidity like the annata 2019. Incense, cherry on the nose. Touch of incense and lots of fruit magic on the palate. Would pair with a ragu or even bistecca now, more so from an acidity standpoint than body. Travelling, so im drinking from a Shake Shack glass. Very decent, not mind blowing though. Had it with cheeseburgers at home
