Sunday, July 23, 2023 - Craig Tasting - WTDS (Ciao Bella - Bloomington): I love Aubert! I love Lauren! So what is not to like here?!

Prep: PnP from a Mag.

Nose: Honeysuckle, golden fruit and spice dominated the nose.

Palate: The palate was rich with honeyed bees wax, golden fruit, poached pear, lemon meringue and lots of butterscotch dominated there palate. This was quite delicious, but I feel like it may have been even better a couple years ago (in mag), and I would recommend drinking up if you have some, especially if it is a .750. 93-94 points for this bottle and my palate.
