Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Enjoyed with lasagne from the freezer after the Hillingdon time trials (I came 7th out of 8 due to a puncture) - Lovely nose, earthy but no funk, some dark fruits? On the palate - fine tannins, sour cherry and ripe cherry, lovely mouthfeel. Just the ticket.
And to be clear - I came 7th because 8th got a puncture.
