Friday, August 4, 2023 - Bouquet of black fruits, sandalwood and cigar box, with black and blue fruits, mocha and spice in an expanding mid-palate and ending with a long smooth finish of mature tannin's. Only decanted an hour at the restaurant and it started at 93 and by dessert it was at 96.
