Saturday, August 12, 2023 - High acidity and tannins that dominates the experience during the first 30 min in the glass. As a Nebbiolo lover I know what happens when the wine starts to open up by air and/ or time! Red fruit driven rather than floral driven on the nose and palett. winky dry herbs and meadow flowers in the background. Will improve for decades
