Saturday, August 19, 2023 - After an hour of air or so, the wine opened. This wine is lighter on its feet than most 2003s are and is why this wine still has at least another 5 to7 years left in it. Black fruits, tobacco, cedar, dried herbs. A very nice and well made wine that tasted blind would be hard to pick as an '03.
