Friday, April 21, 2023 - Ullage high. Cork intact, but soft and soaked almost to the top. Aged nose: cherry jam a hint of soy sauce, with a dusty library background. Concentrated flavour of cherry jam, with a hint of liquorice. Tight, neat palate, with silky tannin and juicy acidity.
