Saturday, January 30, 2021 - A great Sangiovese blend, that takes time to flourish. The nose displays aromas of cherries, raspberries with hints of leather, dark chocolate and tobacco. The palate is dry, spicy with punchy acidity. Sour cherry, blackberry and dark chocolate with a hint of smoke are some of the flavours present combined with slightly chewy tannins.
