Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - Decent Bordeaux, earthy, lots of acid and tannin but fruit is sufficient. Got a bit tiring, but still enjoyed, drank with blackened salmon and saffron whole wheat cous cous, might try again plenty other inexpensive Bordeaux’s to try.
