Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Prince - Cabernets of the world (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Slightly jammy blackberry over slight blackcurrant, sweet spice, tiny little herbaceous note, slight cedar. More of the same on the palate with slight non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish, soft tannins. Meh.
