Saturday, September 23, 2023 - It reminded me of Victorian lemonade. The best possible glass of lemonade. Absolutely delicious. Leafy, zesty, tamed lemon. There's more to it than citrus, something herbaceous and maybe nutty, an appley undertow, a hint of peach, but there's not as much else going on as there might be. Totally delicious though. It stays in the mind.
