Saturday, September 23, 2023 - This is been open for about a day when I tasted it out of a Zalto burgundy glass. Dark fruit, deeply structured, supportive acids, and in this case quite a bit of stem inclusion it seems. some green notes pushing up through the sous bois. Best to hold for now.
