Saturday, December 26, 2020 - Holy Molly Dooker. First time I try this producers. A full-bodied wine from Down Under. A massive nose of black berries, black currant, sweet tobacco leaves, brown sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Unfortunately also a heavy amount of alcohol which seams to fade away on the second day. First rating was 3.5 stars, but after trying it the day after, I readjusted the score to 4 stars. Yes this is big, bold, massive and candy-ish. But still pretty darn well-made. Especially without the burning alcohol
