Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - Very interesting wine. A very herbaceous chardonnay that makes me draw comparisons with Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale gold colour.

Pronounced aromas of fresh cut sage, lemon grass, thyme, ripe white grapefruit, ripe white peach, passionfruit, ripe yellow apple, wet slate, white blossoms, ginger.

Pronounced palate.

Full body, high acidity, long finish.
