Thursday, October 5, 2023 - Elegant, beautifully light but complex on the palate. Just about in its drinking window, but certainly evolves for another 15 years.

Nose: cedar, rosemary, dried raisin, sour cherry, lingon berry

Palate: lingon berry, vanilla, cedar, red cherry, red forrest berries

Acidity: medium+
Lenght: medium+
