Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Struck match nose which dissipates, leaving a hint of tinned citrus fruit, incense. Deeper yellow colour than I was expecting. Lovely palate but lacks a little bite - with time and air that resolves and it has a hit on the back of the palate - the acidity comes to the fore and there is almost an astringency on the finish. This is really good - will look for again.
