Monday, October 9, 2023 - Really good Rioja in the more classic acidic cherry style, with dill, spice, and licorice. The acidity makes the wine really long, but the aftertaste is dominated by the toasted oak and some heat at this point. I'd let these rest for 5 years or so for the oak to calm down because, at present, it's very dominant.
