Monday, May 18, 2009 - Garnet red with some brighter reflections.
On the nose black cherry, leather with a few balsamic/mint notes.
Cherries on a complex, layered palate. Tannic but not too much. Well structured. Would be great with red meat, but nothing to spiced or heavy. Has an elegance.
