Monday, October 16, 2023 - Opened in the bottle a few hours. Moderate acid and tannin making it incredibly smooth. Light coloration but medium plus body. Ripe cherry and plum balanced by earthy funk (that emerged with time). Drink now or hold 5-10 years.
