10 months in both stainless (75%) and old oak (25%).
Palate is creamy, ripe fruit, doesn’t seem a Chablis… Very drinkable but not what I would expect from a G.C.

10/19/2023 8:35:00 AM - Will wait with my bottle based on your note. Interesting story to the “8th grand cru” from the Oxford Companion to wine: “The seven climats of Chablis Grand Cru total 105 ha and are all on one slope facing south west just outside the town. They are Les Clos, Blanchots, Bougros, Vaudésir, Valmur, Preuses, and Grenouilles. There is also, in true Burgundian fashion, an anomaly. The tiny vineyard of La Moutonne is partly in Vaudésir and partly in Preuses, but for some illogical and doubtless bureaucratic reason, an official inao decree confirming its status as a grand cru has never been issued, even though its wines certainly demonstrate that it qualifies.”
