Friday, October 13, 2023 - Drank together with Domaine Chevalier Montrachet at Bymark, blind. Deep gold. Very forward citrus, pear and pineapple, with lots of complexity. Wood totally integrated. Palate is mouth coating, with great acidity, balance and long, long finish. What a treat. As DG noted, it was like two race cars pulling out going through the gears and ultimately the Montrachet had one more gear.
