Thursday, October 26, 2023 - On day one almost exploding with kirsch, very much in the domaine-style, that I know from long ago. It bears the vintage-marks, bright, intense minerality (guessed 2001 right away). On day 2 the kirsch is bit more relaxed, the wine broadens a bit towards a more classical neuf. No hurry to drink this.
