Friday, October 27, 2023 - (Disgorged in 1998, 45% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier and 55% Chardonnay)
Lovely golden yellow colour still with lots of bubbles left with a mature nose showing lime flowers, minerals and roasted coffee and butterscotch in a delicious way. Lovely smoothness on the palate filled with creamy notes and some red apples acidity with lots of raspberry minerals on the intense finish, leaving a lovely saltiness on the lips. So delicious and with lots of energy left to keep it going for years to come!
