Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Black fruit with touch of dark rasberry, menthol and a slightly wild nose with olive, stems and violets. Quite good acidity, bit of earth and dried meat. Fine grained tannins. Feels slightly higher ABV (would have guessed 14%). Elegant and complex. A very enjoyable St.Joseph. Will improve with 3+ years, but drinking nicely already.
