Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - Fantastic wine with great QPR. It's called "baby" Beaucastel, because most people can't afford their $90 or more ChdP. I'm curious why Spain didn't "invented" this concept? Rhetorical question. France is France. You don't urge with France about their wines 🙂
Let's go to the business. Smell? To make it simple - flowers and earth mixed with red cherry. Simple, but addictive. The taste is very complicated. Sweet notes of red cherry, plum, raspberry, blackberry mixed with spice from the very second.
Long fruity finish.
The most important thing - balance, structure, lively acidity and dusty, ripe tannins.
What else do we need?
