Wednesday, November 8, 2023 - The nose is of honey, hay, graham cracker, and cashew. Each sip is like an echo. You sip and you get loud acidity, green apple, and stonefruit, repeated over and over, softer and softer, over a long, long finish, before ending off with a dollop of crème fraiche. Got my 75 mL Coravin glass to play fancy, worth it!
