The nose is of honey, hay, graham cracker, and cashew. Each sip is like an echo. You sip and you get loud acidity, green apple, and stonefruit, repeated over and over, softer and softer, over a long, long finish, before ending off with a dollop of crème fraiche. Got my 75 mL Coravin glass to play fancy, worth it!

Single blind alongside a 2020 Puligny Montrachet Referts 1er cru and 2018 1er cru chassagne Montrachet
Intense and hugely concentrated palate. Power without weight. Highly reductive. Could very easily be mistaken for a 1er cru. Very high quality for its level. My favourite of the three, group's second favourite.

A bit too young to show all its qualities (?); sofr white fruit, violets, a hint of wood, still not at full speed; time will give this wine more concentration.

Lighter yellow color. Needs a moment to open up in the glass, but showing nice and subtle aromatics of citrus, ripe yellow fruit, but also some wet stone minerality, a touch of reduction, some sweet spices, but also some waxy notes. It‘s medium-full bodied, with medium-high acidity and just a hint of phenolic structure (like quite a few 2020s). Good length. A very pretty, more mineral-driven Meursault that is showing really nicely already with some air. Realistic price tag too.
