Friday, November 17, 2023 - Smells great. Olive, herb, saddle and earth, cherry. Soft and silky, with similar flavors. I thought this was a little round, fleshy and too easy going at first, but the acidity started to come into better balance as the wine opened and warmed. Overall, this is pretty good, and I there is no need to rush to open my last bottle.
