Friday, November 17, 2023 - Elio Sandri Tasting (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Riedel Vinum Pinot
Clear, ruby-garnet color. Mesmerizing, fine and complex nose. On the palate very salty, extreme dense and concentrated with a creamy texture. Fine, ripe, high tannin, great structure. Beautiful fruit and herbs, long, lingering finish. Drinks beautifully right now. 93
