  Elio Sandri Tasting (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Riedel Vinum Pinot
  Clear, ruby-garnet color. Mesmerizing, fine and complex nose. On the palate very salty, extreme dense and concentrated with a creamy texture. Fine, ripe, high tannin, great structure. Beautiful fruit and herbs, long, lingering finish. Drinks beautifully right now. 93

  Medicinal mountain herbs with a savory slant, some nettle and licorice. Lovely mid weighted plate feel with excellent clarity a focus. It's the most open and approachable of the wines today. Fisnhes with some firm little coarse tannins. A success for '18
