Monday, November 20, 2023 - Best showing yet over roughly a dozen years of consuming this case. Very fresh strong acidic base. Great depth of flavor, roasted cherry fruit, herbal, cola. The earlier ripeness has evolved into a nice profile of secondaries. This bottle was going strong.
