Thursday, November 23, 2023 - For about $20 at a small and quaint wine shop in 2016 this was an enjoyable wine. Definitely get some earthy/forest floor notes, some graphite, pencil, and some meaty aspects on top of a dash of classic cab tobacco. Palate is much more fruit driven. Tannins present and integrated. Decent length on the finish. Don’t see a reason to hold this much longer if at all.
