Friday, November 17, 2023 - Dinner with winemakers (Po restaurant): Base 2018, disgorged 19 Dec 2022, zero dosage, 11 months on lees. Expressive aroma of red apple, spice, sandalwood, mint, fresh on the palate with a persistent finish.
