Clink Clink Tasting Event (Warehouse Hotel): Disgorged 19 Dec 2022, no dosage. Fermented and aged 11 months on the lees in 228 litres barrel before bottling. Impression. Amazing nose, apple, honey, cream, floral some liquorice, pepper and spice. Insanely good. This probably benefited from time with air.
