Saturday, November 25, 2023 - A 3 hour decant is about right. Settles down, opens up and shows it's true self.

Plum and damson fruit remain giving this a voluptuous quality. Within flow deeper channels showing forest and earth and body.

This wine has beautiful balance; the fruit is fulfilling and tertiary interest is developing. This is wonderful now and will improve over the next 5 years.
